Call for Papers. The CFP is now online. Submission deadline: 31 January 2026 (via the website).
Registration. Early-bird registration closes on 1 April 2026. (Proposed fees: USD 100 for early-bird regular, USD 50 for students, and KRW 100,000 for partner-society members.)
To reduce the burden on overseas participants, we have intentionally set the fees at a minimum. We will open online registration in the first week of November 2025.
Included meals & cultural program (thanks to APQA). With the generous support of our principal host, the Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency (APQA), the congress will provide two lunches, two dinners (Welcome Reception Buffet-Style Dinner on Day 1 and a congress dinner on Day 2), and coffee/refreshment breaks, as well as cultural events during the meeting, at no additional cost to participants.
Advised hotels. A short list of recommended hotels (budget/mid/premium within 20–30 minutes of the venue) will be added to the website shortly. For committee members, we will reserve three nights at Hoam Faculty House.
